They're 144 BCD.

I just added a couple more photos, including one alongside a Super Record arm. Other than being tarnished, they do look quite a bit like something Campagnolo could have made. The concentric machining circles on the back of the spider looks very reminiscent of the Super Record spider. Maybe I'll be lucky and they're some sort of prototype Super Record aero variant for time-trialing! :-) The photos don't do a good job depicting it but the sid e profile of the arms are very nicely rounded.

Another interesting thing about the arms is that the drive side was originally stamped 170, but then subsequently was corrected to 172,5 (using the comma as the decimal).
