Mike, What on ever made you think that Harry Quinn didn't make touring frames? All depends on your definition of a touring frame but if you are talking about 72 parallel with MG clearance and a 42" wheelbase most definitely yes, mind you this was a typical 50's/60's road frame as well. He like all other bespoke builders would build what you wanted if you were paying. His and others normally said built to any specification. I have seen quite a few CTC chaps on Harry Quinn's with brazed on Mafac Criteriums and the full touring caboodle. I have had two Harry Quinns the first was what I would call a touring frame built when he was in Rice Lane.
