Identfieing a Claud Butler [ref CR Vol 37, Iss 32]

Not sure if these specifically refer to the 'International' I have copies of a1948 advt, & a 1949 catalogue which show an 'International Club' model. [could post you a copy]. Perhaps 'Club Special' on the mudguards refers just to the mudguards ??
