As long as you're satisfied with the 38T minimum ring size, you can simply use triple-length bolts and spacers to mount the third ring and a longer BB spindle to set the proper chainline.

Otherwise, Stronglight 100 (model 99 "next generation") rings have an additional drilling that can fit to a model 93/105 arm if the inner "ledge" is removed (like a track arm). Use this ring in the middle position, and mount a model 99/100 ring to the other set of holes using track chainring bolts and spacers. This will allow you to go down to a 28T ring in the inner position.
