Hello Aldo, Where do you find all this stuff? Can never get my head around the way your lot write dates! Totally different from us and really confuses us just like our real money did to the Americans pre 1971. The 4th etape of the 1922 Tour was on Saturday July 1st. From Brest to Les Sables-d'Olonne and a staggering 412km. This was won by as you said the Belgium Philipe Thys (Peugeot) and Eugene Christophe (Automoto) was in yellow. Both later gave their names to bike equipment toe-clips & extensions. The Peugeots won a staggering 12 out of 15 stages that year and another Belgium (Peugeot) Firmin Lambot won the Tour. Real hard men they hed no trouble polishing up their Brooks rivets.

Thats all for now. Keep those wheels spinning, in your memories if not still on the road. Be lucky Mick Butler Huntingdon UK.
