Well at age 73. I am STILL riding close to 900 miles a month, you are right we old guys need all the help we can get and a TI or Carbon super buck bike helps, BUT I just sold my Douglas TI 27 speed Campag equip, I heard from Mercian to day that the frame I ordered last Nov is in the finish stages and will be ready poss the end on this month. My ride now is the old 1950s Vittoria, heavy, heavy, needs a real man to ride, (Any offers??) but, I still seem to go like I did on the Douglas, BUT HAPPIER, maybe I am reverting back to my youth, I told my wife to bury me with my old bikes!! but I guess the grankids will get them, No matter what, guysand gals, (Never seem to hear from the Gals in the group??)
