Hello Craig,

SiNGER seatposts diameters (with expansion bolt) from a 1949 tandem: Front: 25.0mm. Rear: 23.8mm. Note, Front has integrated stoker stem.

You could probably have a frame builder/machinist make one for you.

Did any one make a seat post that used an expansion bolt to tighten the seatpost rather than a binder bolt at the frame? Hopefully that makes sense.
