Sorry about your upsetting experience, but I predict the fix for this will be close to undetectable and won't require any paint work. Some reefing on a mandrel followed by chasing the threads with a tap, and once the bearing is installed, you'd never know unless you know.
It won't be as good as new, but it'll be functionally and visually very close.
This is based on many years (a low number of decades) of frame repair experience. I agree Curt should get first crack at it if he wants the job, but many capable frame repairers could do what I've described.
By the way, your pic #6 of 7, showing a piercing of the cardboard, is normal for the stapler that puts those big staples in - the prongs that bend the staple make those extra holes. FedEx definitely bent your BB shell but you can't pin those holes on them!
By the way this is why I install ruined trash BB cups (and head set cups and a seatpost stub) in a frame before shipping. Not to make anyone feel bad for not doing that, it's a little-known secret.
