Rob Hawks reported that his own problem transaction with Bill Roberts had been resolved, but such is not the case for me. I still have a check stamped "Insufficient Funds" pinned above my screen as a silent reminder. I lose the decals and I lose the funds my bank charged me for returning Bill Roberts' bogus check. Still no reply to my message asking him to send payment. A simple message stating his intention would go a long way. 5 months and counting....

So, Bill. Need more time to resolve things? All you gotta do is say so.
