Spotted an old ladies Legnano town bike today in Brighton. Just a basic single speed with steel rims but I was interested to see that it had a "concealed" rear brake cable. I had always assumed that this was a new feature when it appeared on lightweight bikes in the 80s/90s. But as they say there is nothing new under the sun. Ray Green, Brighton, England.
