Wow, What a wonderful informative reply!. I would just like to add that their JRJ advertising slogan at Harefields Road was "Britains Most Predominate Lightweight". They moved to 77 & 79 Hyde Park Road, Leeds sometime in the 60's. Funnilly enough they then started calling themselves JRJ Merlin Racing Cycles Ltd. For how long I don't know have only one copy of Sporting Cyclist from April 1963 carrying this advert for them, kept it because there is a photo of my boyhood here Michael Wright in his Weils jersey also features the Ted Gerrard riders John Harvey, John Woodburn and Gerald Coles. Remember Ted Gerrard and the "Pay as you ride" scheme? What a character Best wishes Frank.
