Paul,

I can't shed much light on Radnall stuff but my DW Lindsay bike, which you can see here: http://www.framebuilders.toucansurf.com/DW-Lindsay.htm has Radnall hubs. They're the only component I've seen from this manufacturer. I can't say they seem anything special but I haven't yet had time to give this bike a good clean and check everything out.
