This would make a great project frame (currently painted matte black) for someone. I figure that with the bocama lugs, vagner crown, and campagnolo dropouts, and a centerpull hanger, its most likely a pre-1970 raleigh professional, deserving of white paint with that orange and red/black seat tube. Whomever affixed that head badge sure was resourceful !!!
