For any CR member needing a finishing touch to a Cirque-bound touring bike or otherwise, I have a NOS TA-style handlebar bag for your consideration.
Extremely lightweight but sturdy nylon construction with leather and nylon trim. Color: body is a green somewhere between British racing and drab olive, depending on how much sun is hitting it; trim is orange. The name Cycles Peugeot with the checkered flag emblem is tastefully stitched to a front patch. Whether or not you own a Peugeot, its quite a looker. With care, the patch could be removed.
Dimensions: 9.5 in. height; 10.75 in. width; 5.5 inches depth (front to back), though, being nylon, it has some expandability. One large main compartment and five external ones with elastic cord speed lace latches. Reinforced steel upper corners. Top clear map case. Three leather straps for fastening the bag to the bars and stem. Would be best used with a TA-style bag support.
