Maybe not in the CR time line but the firm of R.W.Edlin and Finlay Sinclair of Belfast built the first bicycle to be raced on Dunlops new air filled tyre.They had to be special built to take the new tyre as it was twice the width of a regular bicycle tyre of the day. sam lingo,pleasanton tx
