Subject: [CR]Ebay: Romana frame--keen eye needed...

There's a Romana Formula 300 on Ebay with Campy DOs in back and a chrome fork in front which might or might not belong to the frame. It also appears to have a cracked BB that's been welded. And the down tube finish looks looks fishy, too. Can some sharp eyes take a peak and say if there's anything distinguished about this particular frame/fork set that makes it worth saving from the ash heap, where it looks like it belongs? Or is it just another bike boom frame shovelled hurriedly out the door of a small maker in Italy that later developed cracks in its BB and got its headset stripped?
