The brake calipers, possibly the headset, RD and FD are Campagnolo Triomphe (~'87), the shifters are Gran Sport, cranks are NR. Seatpost could be Victory or Triomphe, hard to tell from the pics. Nice bike but I doubt the 1970 date on the auction given the vintage of the majority of the components and the style of the 531 decal. 1986-1988 would be my guess.
