I can't read a word of the Italian, so I'm left wondering why they are illustrating how to TIGHTEN a track cog!? Kinda seems like a question no one is asking.

You need to bunch up the chain BELOW the cog, not above it, and rotate the wheel forward, not backward as illustrated, to loosen the cog.
