41T. Campy made them that small, but they're somewhat rare. Still, you do see them on eBay every few weeks.

Other manufacturers e.g. Ofmega/Avocet, Gipiemme, and more recently TA also made them for the 144mm BCD. TA's version is the only one still in production AFAIK, and should be fairly easy to obtain.
