Does anyone out there happen to know just who it is that is located out of Virginia and trades on eBay under the name "oldroadsandnew"? I was trying to contact them as a courtesy regarding an item for which they were recently the underbidder and eBay's rather Draconian internal email system will not forward my correspondence due to the fact that there does not happen to be any open transaction between the two of us.
For those who absolutely must know my intentions, I was fortunate enough to have recently prevailed in an auction where they had also tendered a bid. Because the scope of said auction includes several items, only one of which is suitable for my particular needs, I was going to offer the remainder to this other party for the cost of shipping.
If you have any information in this regard, please reply directly and off list.
