Subject: [CR]Classic La Prealpina Rack- SF Craigslist

I just adapted my old La Prealpina Rack to Subaru rails this past weeken d and I was impressed with the hardware. Someone needs to point out t o this fellow that no one has roof gutters anymore but I just bolted the rails side by side to the Subaru rails. I shelled out big money for t hat rack 30 years ago and it just sat once they started to change the ca rs.

Anyone know where I can get a pair of the locks for the fork clamps? M el Pinto was the distributor. I had long ago lost the keys so I had to break off the locking tangs.

Also, I have the gutter parts extra if any one would like them.
