No, Eric, but in some cases you can do the opposite. Clement and perhaps others made in the late 80's/early 90's a tubeless tire that had a casing keyed to fit into a clincher rim. Tufo makes such a tire today. These tires would probably be considered tubulars since one changes the whole tire, but they are different from classic tubulars in that rather than having the tube sewn up inside the tire, they are truly tubeless, with no tube at all.
