Subject: [CR]Colnago help, please

Hello

My name is Peter Söderlund and I live in Sweden. I have a Colnago frame and I wonder if someone possible can help me with some questions I have on that frame.

It is a blue Colnago frame and it's little strange, I think. The fork on it have an inscription which says zeus 2000, it has campagnolo drop outs and is stamped with number 15.

The frame is also stamped with number 15 on the bottom bracket, but is also stamped with number 30 on the rear drop out.

The frame has also what looks like nuts soldered where the water bottle gage shall sit and have long campagnolo drop outs. I also think the frame has little strange decals, and that the decal on the front tube is placed very low, look at pictures.

The whole frame was built up with campagnolo except the bb cups which is sugino, but the spindle is campa and it have an inscription I never seen before- 70-ss-120, +1-+1.5.

The former owner claims that he bought the frame from a guy who rode Tour de France on it, but unfortunately he didn't remember the guys name or which year it was. I don't know, if that's true or not.

Any help with how old the frame can be or what the model is, or any help or answers at all should be very, very much appreciated of me.

Pictures of the frame can be seen at: http://goto.glocalnet.net/blackdot/

Greetings from:
