Don,

Looks like a regular Fuso to me. I believe the Lux had chrome details and the FRX had 7:00 interrupted rear brake housing. Also, if you are interested in the bike Dave stamped the size into the BB shell along with the serial number. I don't see anything about this one that would indicate 30th anniversary or anything like that. It looks like it does have the nice metal headbadge though...
