I saw one at the now defunct Maple Leaf Gardens in Toronto about the same time. It must have been part of the same tour. Same setup and walking around below the track was deafening when they were riding. The Forest City Velodrome in an arena in London Ontario is plywood and a much more solidly buily permanent structure.
