Seems 100% legit to me. Have you tried to contact the seller? I'm guessing you think this is a hijacked user. Maybe the guy just didn't have anything he wanted to sell for 6 years. I think if the sellers account was taken over by scammer there would be many more items for sale. If you're having a problem with the seller not taking Paypal you must not be familiar with Paypal's poor history of security and user information.

Mike I don't mean to jump on you in specific, so don't take this personally. Would you stop obsessing about scammers on ebay. The majority of the auctions folks ask about are not scammers, just ignorant sellers trying to sell on hype. Just like life 'you live, you learn.' I'll never work under the table again because an ex- employer still owes me $1600. If you're bidding on an auction that seems like a deal that's too good to be true, it just might be. Has anyone on the list actually been taken by one of these "bogus" auctions. I do know that listmembers have been burned by other listemembers, does this mean that Dale shouldn't allow trading and selling on the list? better days, Brandon"monkeyman"Ives Vancouver, B.C., Great White North
