I had a pair of those to try. Found that my foot slid forward and put pressure on my big toe. The ribs on the sole didn't match my natural foot position on the pedal, so my ankle and knee weren't as happy as they wanted to be. Back to my cleats, paradise regained. Better a flat hard rubbery type sole for universal adaptation and comfort. Ted Ernst Palos Verdes Estates, CA
