produced in kansas city round the turn
of the last century
this list gives names and locations of manufacture
finding out the details
is an enitrely different
(exhausting and frustrating) adventure
actually the kansas city public library archives
and some of the great folks who work there
have been the best source of info
and pictures!
so far
