I cut up old blown out presta tubes and make a grommet. I cut a 30 mm
(1.2") circle around the valve hole after pulling the valve out. I put this
over the valve on the new tube to prevent chafing on the rim hole edge. It
is good for touring becuase you can use either tube in a pinch ;)
