Found a Norman Johannessen, Belmont B.C., in two issues of American Cycling. In the June '65 issues he's listed as finishing 15th in a 25 mile N.C.C.A. time trial. His time was 1.06.55. In the August '65 issue he is listed as 3rd place finisher in a Junior 40 mile race run with the Tour of Marin. I did not see his name listed in west coast track competition. I saw no other similar names.
