I just tried it on a pair of Zeus 2001 caliper arms and it appears these could work without modification of the arms. Zeus arms differ from those of most other side pulls in that the pivot bolt uses a threaded sleeve to hold the calipers in place:

This means the pivot bolt holes in the arms are larger than those in typical calipers. So I tried a TA seat bolt in the calipers:
