Further thinning of basement bike inventory, so up for sale is.....
Mavic - Gold-anodized "Record du Monde de l'Heure" 28o tubular Wheelset.
These are a near new built up pair of GOLD Mavic Record Du Monde 28o Spoked Rims laced to Campy Super Record hubs with DT Swiss Spokes with matching gold nipples. Skewers are the curved bladed type and are chrome prefect.
The wheels have less than 25 miles on them. There is a bit of brake marking on the rim.. but nothing that deters from the reflective BLING.
Front hub is laced radial Rear hub is laced X2 and is spaced as 126
Hubs are very nice, and also built up from new (front) and lightly used stock (rear). The front is exceptionally smooth. The rear is good, but needs a bit of tweaking. All bearings, cones, grease etc are new.
