I purchased a pair from Yellow Jersey that are compatible with LOOK style shoes: http://www.yellowjersey.org/tocleat.html They work fine but I was a bit disappointed in the quality of the molding, especially at the cost. Had I known about the Yoshida cleats at the time I would have purchased those.
