Hi,

I have confirmed by looking at several unrestored Viscount bicycles and my own Titlist front mech (that came with a set of stem shifters) that the typical Shimano Titlist shifters are :

SHIMANO ALUMI-LEVER :

- say shimano up the handle, like campy record shifters - nubbed edges like campy record shifters - have the "SS" logo at the shifter tips - sometimes come with black or white lever covers, same campag-type logos - chromed wing nuts like campy record; generic with flat screwdriver slotting - wing-nuts are very prone to rusting. - washers beneath the wing nuts are red plastic - in general, everything is about 25% heavier than campy in every dimension, i.e. thicker handles, thicker wing nuts, etc. - have a downtube band that says "SHIMANO" across the front, satin (nickel?) finish. - also available as stem shifters

Seems like a late 70's campy record copy in every respect.
