I looked in the Data Book and on pg 90(in my book,, there have been several
versions)1948 at the top of the page, it shows the bottom bracket detail
bolting to the chainstays just like your bike.
The rear derailleur is late 40s or just 50's would be my guess, I'm no
expert,, Mike Berry should know for sure?
The front light, Ray says he can see only an os is surely a Radios,, Joel
could back this up?
The detail I think is very cool is the wire piece made from fender stay
stock,,, it mounts via several fender fittings to the top of the front
fender to keep the H'bar bag from fouling the head tube and brake cable.
The bike has presence, and looks just right, I love it.
