Galmozzi frame-fork-chainset went upto 3750.00. A nice Italian bike?

This certain frame has been HOT RODded? The internal cable and water bottle mount are NOT original, of course a neat repaint/laqure job...

One of our member, if I may posted, John Waner bought one last year whihc was quite high price I thought, but what makes Galmozzi to polular and highly soughted in the US?

Cinelli-Masi, those two top Italian bikes, polularity has been known very well, but what is about Galmozzi?
