So I bought a frame on ebay. Item# 250087241896

It's interesting, if only because the handling of the lugs is opposite what's usually done. It also has some other interesting features like the fastback stays. Check out the extra pictures link. Not much for brazeons, so I'm thinking 70's and probably American?

Any ideas as to who may have built this one?
