Subject: [CR]Univega Emblem circa 1980s/ Info

Hello All,

I am looking for a Univega head tube emblem for my restoration project '83 Gran Rally, and/or Univega decals. I found one in a set of 12 emblems on ebay, but I do not need all of them and an emblem will really finish the build. Moreover, I have been compiling info on the Gran Rally from the earl y 1980s. I will post what I have at the moment.

(Note: I have italisized the info "transplanted" from a Miyata 1983-84 catalog of their "912" semi-pro race bike. I found after painstaking measuring that they have identical geometry, groupo, tubes, shifter position, ect.)

Maybe this info can help others, and any info from CR gurus will help me develop Univega bike history -something not readily available on the internet- which I hope to post later on the internet after significant research.
