I have one of the Jim Langley jigs/fixtures and it's intended to drill things out for 74mm or 86mm BCD. I bought it from Jim a couple of years ago, when it seemed as though everyone in my neighborhood needed to convert old Campagnolo cranks to triples. I've never heard of a version that was designed for 100mm or 94mm BCD chainrings. (Although that doesn't mean such a version never existed.)
