The crank indeed is the one shown in Catalog 18bis. Rare I suspect because it was probably seen as relatively undesirable and few were made. Probably a great crank to actually use to set up a period correct triple on a Campy NR equipped bike. It is already bid up to $95 - the way the market is lately I suppose it could go a good bit higher, but it is not a fundementally desirable unit from a collector standpoint in my opinion. It is a great unit, though, in terms of a problem solver for the user.
