Subject: [CR]Cinelli decals - period correct

I need your collective wisdom in matching the right Cinelli decals to the right period, especially if you can take a look at your Cinelli (if it's original) and identify the decals. I think this could help many of us in buying/putting the right (period-correct) decals on the right restorations. With that as background, I have the following questions:

1) Most of the seat tube coat of arms decal I've seen on the down tube have RED colored feathers on the helmet. Can anyone tell me whether they have seen or can identify the period when WHITE feathers are used and on which model?

2) The rainbow bands on many mid-60's Cinelli SC's have, in small script, "Mod. Campione del Mondo" written in small script on the center black band. Would anyone know when this decal first appeared? I assume this was added after a World Championship honor.

3) Most mid-60's Cinelli SCs have 12cm length and 22 mm height decals on the downtube. Can anyone identify when Cinelli used a 14cm length and 21 mm height decal on the downtube? Was it used on a Model B or Rivera?

I know some of you might think that this is esoteric stuff, for which, I apologize in advance.
