Gents,

My 83 Cinelli SC is serial # 83209. I have the holes in the lugs similar to yours however my seatpost size is 26.2 and my fork crown is sloping but does not have the flying "c" in the crown. It is smooth and chrome with a flying "c" decal below the crown. The crown, lugs, the right rear chainstay and the fork dropouts are the only items with chrome. I thought the flying c in the crown started to appear in the USA in 1984. Guess not.

I am the original owner of this bike and this was the way I received it back in 1983 from a bike shop in Concord, CA. The frame ran me $800.
