I would like to offer to the list a 3t ttt Record stem, no issues in fun
ction, not mint, not bad, average used condition. Stickers ('garantito'
on quill, Olympic rings in triangle on quill) are still present, but bec
oming a little dogeared, & the smallest bit chewed on the top 'ridge'. T
here are a few marks but nothing too egregious. Insertion area remarkabl
y free of marks, apparently no deep insertion and no extra force ever ap
plied. Has original 'ttt' branded bolt to retain bars. Wedge bolt has lo
st some chrome, but it's recessed in this design--the classic '70s ttt R
ecord that most of you will be able to visualize instantly.
This one is more for go than show but it will hardly embarrass a 'daily
driver' / 'user' and it is in size 105mm (extension) x 26.0mm (handlebar
). Could in fact be a crown of glory on some of the messenger-influenced
bikes right outside my door every day here in NYC.... Quill length is 1
30mm from centerline of extension to bottom end.
$25 shipped or will / would love to trade for same (or older ttt or ambr
osio) in 65mm / 75mm.
