can anyone help? I am trying to find the correct extractor to remove a pair of 49D cranks, I have been told conflicting ideas about same in that a TA extractor will fit (23.0 mm), also that it will not as Stronglight's are 23.5mm? and this is the reason many Stronglight cranks have their threads ripped out?
the cranks are the later 60's? versions but in very fine almost new condition,so to ruin them would be a shame, the only reason I wish to remove them is because they are 175mm and I wish to fit 165 really or 170's at a push,any ideas?
