When I commute I'm on the Santa Ana River Trail between Harbor Blvd. in Santa Ana and Anaheim Stadium. Coming home I am riding after 8:00 pm. While getting jacked has long been a fear of mine, I have not seen any problem yet. I had one big Hispanic fellow growl at me as I approached him and he suddenly changed course to *almost* intercept me. I'm not sure how he thought he was going to stop me at the speed I was going but I think we'd both have ended up on the ground. Somewhere I have some pepper spray, perhaps I should dig it out.
