+++++++++++++++++ The bike is sold, but I found myself untempted. Consider picture 6, the right rear drop area. The chainstay-dropout join, the only one visible, has the classic charm of a hammer finish bike-boom Bottechia. And there are no pix of the lugs. Yes, my Cinelli is no Weigle or Sachs, but this Merckx is so suggestive of mass production short cuts that it would fit my collection only as complement to the 65 Sears.
I hope that this isn't too offensive or superficial, it might ride like the wind.
