The rubber jaw "water pump" type pliers I had years ago came from Brookstone.

I have at least one on topic and lots of off topic bikes that have the knurly headset adjustable race. What the heck is the "right" tool for the job? Channel locks mediated with an old innertube is no longer satisfying. I have one HS that is stuck on there good and is presumably too nice to munge up and I have probably 4-5 old schwinns that are simlarly knurl afflicted.

There has to be a Schwinn approved knurled hs wrench, no?

++++++++++++++++++++ I have no idea where I got it, and the only mark says "Germany," but I have a very large pair of pliers with curved jaws that have cast rubber Jaw-liners. Mine are about done-for, so if anyone has ideas for replacments, I'm all ears. BTW, the rubber jaws are held in by flat-head screws.
