[CR]mystery track frame [de faux-sa?]

This track frame appeared on NY Craigslist this morning billed as a De Rosa, but it definitely does /not/ look like one to me (wrong seatstay attachments, wrong bb cutout, etc.) Anyone care to venture a guess as to what it actually is?
