Gentlemen and ladies,
With Cirque fast approaching, I thought I should offer this old ITALIA leather saddle to somebody who needs one to complete a correct 50's or 60s Italian bike. As the pics show, this is a veteran, leather has surface crackling and wounds, the chrome is faily rusty on the rails, but I've seen a lot worse examples, too. I was about to launch this on ebay (and a very lovely Ideale "Swallow" with Daniel Rebour treatment), but I thought this ITALIA A-17 might find a quicker home with a CR lister, first.
Since I have to set a price, I'm going to high-ball it as $100 (shipping included in CONUS), but this is just to satisfy the rules. if you want it I'm open to offers, or I'll let ebay decide what it's worth.
