My vote for the best Campy Pista crankset copy is the 151 bcd Sugino Mighty Competition Track. Appearance and finish are excellent. I don't race tracks so the longevity issue is up in the air..Rings are likely as (more?) scarce as Campy.

And my second vote goes to the Mikashima Unique pedal for best SL pedal imitator. Smooth and long lasting.
